We do not storeyour clients' full credit card numbers, CVC codes, or bank account details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., which collects and stores payment information in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Service.
- Device information: browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution.
- Log data: IP address, access timestamps, referring URLs, error logs.
2.5 AI Diagnostic Data
When you use our AI diagnostic features, the symptoms and technical information you provide are transmitted to third-party AI model providers (currently: DeepSeek) for processing. This data is used solely to generate the diagnostic response and is not used by us to train AI models. Do not include personal client information in AI queries.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
- Account management: To authenticate you, manage your subscription, and communicate about your account.
- Payments: To process subscription payments and facilitate client invoice payments through Stripe.

- AI features: To process and respond to your AI diagnostic queries.

Your data is stored on servers located in Hong Kong, operated by Huawei Cloud. We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
- SSH key-only server authentication — no password-based access.
- Firewall (iptables) and fail2ban intrusion prevention.
- Regular security monitoring and rate limiting on API endpoints.
- Principle of least privilege for all system access.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users via email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information as follows:
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active.
- Job data: Retained for the life of your account or until you delete it.
- Payment records: Retained for at least 7 years as required by tax and accounting laws.
- Server logs: Retained for 90 days for security monitoring purposes.
- AI query data: Not persistently stored by us; processed transiently.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements).
